This model comes fully rigged and comes out being 23.7k polys before the subdivision modifier. There is also a swimming animation included with the project. I would highly advise against using this for a game as it's not optimized for one. This model is intended for film and cinematic purposes. If you so desire to lower the polycount and migrate it into a game project, go ahead.
